Created a private label brand, called Gold Rush Creamery, that is sold in 10 states.  Responsible for all intellectual property work, brand strategy, promotional budget, and new item introductions.

Relocated Denver, CO & Vernon, CA Albert’s Organics distribution centers into larger UNFI centers.  Worked closely with sales, operations, transportation, supply chain, and QA to ensure a smooth transition.

Led a Research and Development team that successfully created multiple new items, now approved at national chains and club stores across the USA and Canada

Opened Charlotte, NC distribution center that distributes to 4 states, encompassing 250 stores.
