Cheré Hedges




Passion driven from a love of firsthand cultural food experiences.
Cheré is co-founder of Storefront Strategies alongside her husband John and leads the product marketing and development strategies faction. Through her 25 years of experience, she has led strategy for international food brands and companies and is recognized as a leader within the industry and sat on various oversight boards.

Her lifelong interest in food and the culinary world has guided Cheré to pursue positions in management and director levels at various companies, from importers to manufacturers and distributors. Her key accomplishments include managing the coordination of R&D teams, production planning, and sales to build a seven-year strategy for manufacturing and branding. Cheré also has experience in developing market penetration strategies for products and brands, using high-level insight from her team of relationship managers to collect and analyze retail trends and consumer behaviors.

John Hedges
John is co-founder of Storefront Strategies alongside his wife Cheré and leads the supply chain, distribution, and operations strategies. Over his 25-year career in the food industry, his experience spans from procurement to managing distribution centers and holding Vice President of Sales role. With the food industry serving as a lifelong passion, John has defined and managed all steps of a project life-cycle, from building the organizational vision to post-project assessments alongside teams of professionals.
For me, it's not just about the destination but the journey that ensures a business' success.
Pulling from various roles including sales management, supply chain, transportation, forecasting and budgeting, John understands growth in the food industry and has played a key role in driving brands on the road to the success.
